Grade Algebra - Students
will need to be moving the different numbers (1-9) around the
equation grid and placing them into the pockets where desired. The
solution numbers and operation symbols are all movable and will be
moved around in different orders as indicated on the worksheet.

vs Calculation - This
bulletin board is interactive insofar as students must physically
measure the objects attached to the board to determine each
container's volume. When estimating, students will need to physically
count the objects vertically and alongside of the containers. In
addition, formulas, measurements, and answers are affixed to the
bulletin board.

Bulletin Board Project - This theme can
be used throughout the year, but I like the "love yourself for
Valentine's Day" tie in.

Students then sketched and cut out their name so that it would fit

High-Flying
Algebraists - This

choose to review were 5 of the harder sections. The students review

Bulletin Board Project - A fall harvest
or thanksgiving theme with pumpkin templates. The door of the

Prime
Time - The first
activity will be to find all the prime numbers under 50 by using the
process known as the Sieve of Eratosthenes. Students will interact
with bulletin board initially by pulling all the flaps down on the
blue TV screen (If they are not already down). They will then follow
the directions on the worksheet on how to use the sieve. After they
do the first item on the worksheet, they then go through all 10
channels, pulling up the flaps and trying to figure out whether the
number underneath is a prime or not.
