How to Make Oatmeal Containers Baby Doll Cradles Craft for Kids
Crafts Materials Needed:
– oatmeal box
– cardboard
– ruler
– pencil
– magazine cut-outs
– glue
– scissors
– paints and brush or crayons
Step 1
Remove the cover from the oatmeal box and save it as you will need it later.
With a pencil and ruler, mark off 2 and 1/2 inches from the bottom of the box, for the hood of the cradle.
Cut away the upper half of the remainder of the box. Directly in the center of the under part, and one inch from each end, make two crosswise slits, a little more than one inch in length, as in the illustration above.

Glue the cover back onto the box for a footboard. Paint the cradle and allow it to dry thoroughly. To decorate the cradle, glue on magazine cut-outs, or decorate with colored wax crayons, as in illustration C.
