What is Christmas without gingerbread man cookies or crafts? One of my favourite childhood memory is making gingerbread cookies on Christmas eve with my mom.
Apart from cookies, you can make a gingerbread man ornament from sandpaper or from cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, apple sauce, white glue, white acrylic paint, paint pen, gingerbread cookie cutter and Christmas ribbons. To make this ornament you will need to mix the cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg together and then add the apple sauce and glue. Kneed mixture until it is smooth. Divide the portions and roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with a gingerbread cookie cutter and place the shapes on a wire and allow 3 to 4 days to dry. After the ornaments are dry, you can paint and decorate them.
