I have a big problem with Q-Tips or cotton swabs, whatever you want to call them. They are so soft and are perfect cleaning tools you might respond. But I say NO, they are not! Sure, they look like they would be perfect, but then you find out you aren't allowed to actually use them to clean out your ears because they are DANGEROUS. These evil tools looks so helpful but and they feel so comfy but then if you use one in your ear you risk compacting wax and perforating an ear drum. You must keep them away from your ears at all costs.
So that leaves you with a terrible problem. If I can't use Q-Tips to clean my ears, what should I do with all of these swabs. They come in these huge boxes so I have like a thousand of them and they are falling all over the floor making a huge mess. My best suggestion is to make some cotton swab crafts for kids out of them. You can make all kinds of cool pictures by gluing them to dark paper or you might even be able to make a sculpture out of them by gluing them to each other. Just make a some kind of base for them first to help it stand. Have fun making Q-tip kid's crafts, but remember they aren't for your ears.
