Yo, Yo, Yo, word to your Llama! I know, my word play isn't the most hilarious, but llamas are hilarious and you too can be the funniest person in your home by telling jokes behind your very own Llama mask craft. If you don't want to do a mask (what's wrong with you?) you can instead decorate all of your things with drawings of Llamas after you read our llama drawing tutorial or do some other wondrous llama crafts for kids.
8 yellow Chenille Stem Bumps( a type of pipe cleaner), scissors, tiny 'beads or sequins, glue, and small piece of ribbon or yarn. Cut the pipe cleaners into three strips, 1 of 4 bumps and 2 of 2 bumps. Use the 4-bump section for the body. Trim away bump 2 and part of bump 3 to form a neck (sketch a). Bend bump #1 for a head as shown in sketch b. Twist the other 2 pieces of chenille over bump 4 (body) for legs (sketch c). Now double the head bump under halfway to make a fuller face. Trim 3/4" length of yellow chenille for ears and bend in a U shape. Push into position for ears between neck and head. If necessary, use a few drops of glue to hold securely. Glue small beads or sequins on head for eyes and mouth (sketch d). Tie a tiny bow around neck.
This craft couldn't be easier. All you have to do is print out this paper llama mask template, cut it out, and then follow the directions on the printable.
