It is so much fun to decorate eggs for Easter. But don't you love decorating your Christmas tree in the winter time? Well why can't you decorate a tree for Easter too? I can't see any reason why not. With the following craft you use a branch as your "tree" and then you decorate the tree with decorated Easter eggs. And then you have the best of both holidays rolled into one. First, prepare your Easter eggs as normal by piercing each end of an uncooked egg with a needle or pin. Blow through the hole at one end of the egg, catching the contents in a bowl. . If there is difficulty in blowing eggs, make the hole a little bit larger. Eggs are now ready for painting or dipping in egg dye.
Secure a small tree or a branch in a bowl or pot with pebbles or soil. Decorate eggs with paint, or glue ribbon, sequins, beads, rickrack, lace, stickers or any other colorful material.
