To make very unique earrings, you can use money (specifically coins) from a different country to make up your international earrings. Everyone will love your earrings and will ask all about them...they will be very special indeed. This would be a great craft to make after travelling to a foreign land...you can then remember your vacation by using their currency in your pair of earrings. Pick out your favorite coins and make your beautiful new jewelry with the following instructions.
2 coins (same size)
cement
1 pair ear wires
This is a very simple craft, so you don't have to set too much time aside to make these. You might want to use international coins so you can always remember a trip to some foreign land...but really any coins will do. Put a generous amount of cement in the center of the back of the coin. Allow to harden partially. Press ear wire into cement. Allow to dry overnight.
